How To Lose 20 Lbs Fast - The Tips

There are a few ways you can lose 20 lbs fast.

Many of them are very unhealthy and are not recommended at all, and these "unhealthy" versions will be the type of diet you will surely gain all the weight back from quickly too.

Starving yourself on celery sticks and the like is one of them. Newsflash: You can make yourself sick, you won't be yourself, especially with your mood, and you'll ALWAYS be hungry! Don't do it!

Once you just can't take it anymore, you'll purge and cause yourself a new eating disorder cycle, or you'll just eat until you're satisfied and forget the diet, and gain all your weight back again.

You can only drink water, but after a few days, you won't be able to stand it. You won't get the nutrition you need to even survive and you could put yourself at serious risk for so many different things. Then, you'll get back to eating regularly and gain all your weight back.

Let's face it...drinking only smoothies, only coffee, only tea, or eating only one thing is not going to do it for you.

What you really want to do is eat enough calories per day that will keep your metabolism in high gear of "good foods". For a woman, that means no lower than 1200 calories per day, and for a man, no lower than 1800 calories per day.

Anything lower than that can have serious consequences and work against you actually losing weight for good. For women, this will actually encourage cellulite to form on you - Yuk! You don't want that!

You will have to work at it with diet and exercise or activity.

Honestly, there are no supplements or miracle pills you can take that really work and work safely to lose weight and help you keep it off.

It's good old fashioned food that will actually save you and help you lose your weight! Counter-intuitive, I know!!!
